JIU HU CHAR~!! =)

For those of you who don't know what Jiu Hu Char is... It is a Nyonya dish, which is fried shredded squid and vegetables and it is eaten with sambal belacan (Dried Prawn Paste Chili which is best made by pounding it with a mortar and pestle) and Chinese lettuce leaves.

BlaH

Duh.
Bore.
Boring.

Weather changes so quickly. From a super duper scorching hot Sunday to a extremely freezing cold Tuesday. It is still summer, ain't it?

They had some fireworks at Michigan City for Independence day. It was on the following Sunday after July 4th.
